Cromer Heights directions and Maps

Find your way to Cromer Road, Cromer and park at the top of the steepest section of the road just before the road takes a sharp left. Take the fire trail through the green gate; walk for about 20m, then take first LEFT; track turns RIGHT after another few metres – marked Cromer North Trail. Keep to the fire trail path. OR when you reach power pole 76 head LEFT up the ridge on a single track. This will eventually join up with the main fire trail after about 20 minutes. Scramble up to a view point on LEFT for views over lake and sea; continue on for a few more paces and then on the RIGHT is a viewpoint on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Sports Academy reservoir. Return and continue on the single track along the ridge with several sea viewpoints on the rocky outcrops on your LEFT. The track passes over 2 rocky outcrops and eventually veers RIGHT slightly away from the white house on the ridge; From a large rocky outcrop – with general Catchment views – continue downhill slightly to the single track path. Terrain is heath lands with few trees (hanging swamp area). Meet the main fire trail and go LEFT. From here you can go right to the view point over looking the Wakehurst Parkway or continue left in a southerly direction.

Find your way to Maybrook Avenue. At the end of Maybrook Avenue (not Pinduro Place) and just past the bus turning circle, head LEFT down a single track for a few metres to get to a fire trail. Again from this fire trail one can head North towards Cromer North or SOUTH towards Beacon Hill and Red Hill Reserve.
