Hibbertia fasciculata

DILLENIACEAE – Hibbertia fasciculata – Bundled Guinea Flower

Found on Bangalley Head, North Head-Manly, Terrey Hills and the West Head tracks. Seen flowering from June to March. This Hibbertia is also quite recognisable in that the leaves are fairly long and thin & have a ‘hairy’ look and grow in clusters. Generally found to have between 8 and 12 stamens and 3 carpels.
