CYPERACEAE – Ptilothrix deusta – Ptilothrix

This sedge is quite recognisable due to the black bracts surrounding the inflorescence. Widespread – found on the Caleyi track, both Chiltern tracks, Cromer Heights, Manly Dam, Ingleside Chase, Terrey Hills, Turimetta Head and the tracks off West Head Road.
